Kevin O’Hara

Managing Director

Kevin O'Hara is a Director at Trivian Capital bringing with him almost two decades of global experience in entrepreneurship, family office, venture capital and private equity. Kevin serves as Managing Director of Sentor Investments, Venture Partner and Member of the Investment Committee (IC) at Primal Capital, Venture Partner at SDGx Ventures in Singapore, and Investment Committee member at Newzone Ventures in Portugal.

Having personally founded, scaled and exited 3 companies (OCTIEF Group, Octfolio eGCRM Software, and Techwitty) Kevin brings with him a very unique approach to investing in and working with portfolio companies. Most recently Kevin has been actively involved in the establishment of gaming infrastructure technology provider Polemos based in Singapore, alongside a number of cofounders from the technology and gaming sector.

Kevin has an MBA majoring in Digital Transformation, has completed post graduate executive education at both INSEAD and Harvard Business School, and is a passionate volunteer and member of the NSW Steering Committee at Mirabel Foundation.


Olivia Crossland

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Olivia Crossland is an Executive Assistant at Trivian Capital, bringing substantial experience from both the UK and Australia in administrative support, operational coordination, and analytical roles within leading organizations. Before joining Trivian Capital, Olivia excelled as Reporting Assistant at Climate Friendly in Sydney, and as Design Analyst at Cadent Gas Limited and Skanska in the United Kingdom, where she developed a strong capability in managing complex workflows and supporting high-performance teams.

Olivia’s background spans sectors from infrastructure to sustainability, which gives her a broad perspective and a robust approach to supporting the dynamic needs of the Trivian Capital team. She is based in Sydney, New South Wales.


Mark McIntosh

CFO & Head of Corporate finance

Mark McIntosh is an Australian licensed Chartered Account of nineteen (19) years. He joins Trivian Capital Management having held and concurrently being appointed as Director of numerous global cross boarder organisations including but not limited to The MAC Resources Group Limited, Tulla Private Equity Group, a group associated with the acquisition of two companies founded by Trivian Capital’s majority shareholder.

Prior to joining Trivian, Mark had in excess of 15 years in public accounting practice, the majority of which was at KPMG Australia managing the Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services division. Mark is an avid angel investor, venture Capitalist and advisor and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and to portfolio companies.


Daniel stringer

Daniel Stringer is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation across the telecommunications, military and financial services sectors. His career began during the foundational years of the Australian internet landscape as System Administrator at OzEmail in 1998, where he developed a deep-seated expertise in scalable infrastructure and network engineering.

Transitioning into the Defence sector, Daniel managed mission-critical systems requiring the highest levels of security and strategic precision. This rigorous background paved the way for senior leadership roles at global financial institutions, including Westpac and Citibank. At these firms, he spearheaded large-scale modernisation initiatives, navigating complex regulatory environments to deliver robust enterprise solutions. Known for his ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business outcomes, Daniel remains a pivotal figure in evolving Australia’s digital economy.

Simon Litchfield is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience driving innovation across the digital and financial sectors. With a career rooted in software engineering and executive leadership, Simon specialises in scaling technical infrastructure and leading high-performing engineering teams.

Simon currently serves as an Advisor and Fractional CTO, where he provides strategic technical guidance to emerging and established portfolio companies. His extensive history in the fin-tech and digital space includes pivotal roles such as Chief Innovation Officer & CTO (Nano Platform) where he led technical strategy and product innovation for the Nano Platform and Nano Home Loans and Chief Technology Officer (Digital Creators & fusesport, Inc. where Simon oversaw global technical operations and digital transformations.
